Join us Sunday, October 6, 2013 between 11AM – 2PM for a Community Clean Up Day at Briar Hill Park.
The Briar Hill Park is one of the features that makes our neighborhood so unique. However, it has been several years since the park was properly cleaned including:
– Trimming the branches growing over the trails
– Removing the dead branches blocking the trails
– Disposing of yard waste which has been deposited in the park
Please join us to clean the Briar Hill Park on Sunday October 6 from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm (please bring gloves). We will be removing the dead debris from the park and and depositing in several pre-designated areas around the perimeter of the park (the debris will be removed later in the week). Also feel free to drop off your biodegradable yard waste to these pre-designated drop areas between October 6 – 8.

We will be serving hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks during this time so come meet your neighbors, eat some food, and improve our neighborhood.
We need about 20-30 neighbors to help us accomplish this task on this day. It’s a great opportunity to help clean the neighborhood, and socialize with your neighbors.
Thank you,
Your Briar Hill Board
