About Briar Hill

The Briar Hill neighborhood is located in Pittsfield Township, in Washtenaw County.

Briar Hill is located in southern Ann Arbor on the corner of Oak Valley Drive and Lohr Road. Within walking distance is Meijer, many restaurants, Best Buy, Kohls, and Target.

The neighborhood is conveniently located near I-94 expressway, golf courses, the University of Michigan stadiums and campus, parks, and downtown Ann Arbor.

The neighborhood offers wooded and natural areas, ponds, a central park, a basketball court, and walking trails. Sidewalks, streetlights, and a multitude of trees characterize the neighborhood. Residents pay Pittsfield Township taxes and children attend Ann Arbor schools including Bryant-Pattengill, Tappan, and Pioneer High.

The Briar Hill Homeowners Association (Also known as Briar Hill Condo Association) is managed by an all volunteer Board of homeowners. There are currently (2015) Five Board members. The Board has a regular monthly meeting on the third Monday of every month, and the Board hosts an Annual Meeting every October. The Board manages the annual association dues, and is responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the common areas of the subdivision, which includes the park, the two entryways, and areas around the ponds and sul-de-sac islands.
